I’m Andrea Morganstein, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I help adults improve blood sugar control, support sustainable weight loss, and navigate metabolic and hormonal changes with practical, personalized nutrition guidance.
My approach combines strong clinical experience with a realistic understanding of how nutrition fits into real life — because lasting change doesn’t come from perfection or restriction.
I’ve spent my career working across diverse nutrition and health settings, including clinical care, diabetes education, health and wellness initiatives, substance use and mental health services, private practice, leadership roles, and as an adjunct professor educating future health professionals
