ABOUT ANDREA
Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and Advocate for Lifelong Health
Andrea Morganstein, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES, is the founder of Healthy Eating 4U. With over two decades of experience in nutrition and health, Andrea brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to every client she works with.
Her career spans across diverse settings—including private practice, diabetes education programs, sports nutrition, and mental health/substance abuse—giving her a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts both the body and mind. As a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, Andrea is passionate about empowering individuals with diabetes and prediabetes to better manage their blood sugars, prevent complications, and live full, vibrant lives.
Beyond diabetes, Andrea specializes in weight management, women’s health, and preventive nutrition, helping clients navigate the challenges of building healthy habits in today’s busy world. Her approach is evidence-based yet practical, designed to create lasting change without unnecessary restrictions.
Andrea has also served as an adjunct professor at several universities, where she has educated future dietitians and health professionals. Through her private practice, she continues to combine science, education, and personalized strategies to guide clients toward achieving their health and wellness goals.
When she’s not working with clients, Andrea enjoys hockey, spending time with her family, and exploring creative ways to make healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable.

SERVICES
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Prices for services are offered prior to your visit.
INSURANCE
Our practice is both self pay and insurance based. We are in 100% in network with Aetna, Oscar, Humana and Medicare insurance. For United Healthcare, BCBS/anthem and Cigna we are in network with certain plans and for other insurance company coverage please check with us as things are always changing. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Andrea is licensed in the state of Florida, in addition to, multiple other states for telehealth services.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24-hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged in full for the session.
